One of my favorite things about January is the RESOLUTIONS!  

It's the greatest opportunity to examine the changes we want to see in life and take the first steps towards action!

Each January I resolve to get fit and lose weight. Every January I do lose weight.  Sometimes I put it all back on.  One year I lost over 100 lbs, keeping it off for several years.  

I gained that weight back.

I'm agree with you that January is the resolutions! I think there are many people who make plans to work all year as what to do and what not to do.
And the pic you attached is awesome.
